Where will the weekend events occur?
In various locations in Cherry Grove, Fire Island, New York. Cherry Grove is one of the iconic gay meccas of the greater New York area—a vibrant, inclusive haven with something for everyone. Known for its lively energy, this Fire Island gem is home to fabulous restaurants, a charming hotel, and one-of-a-kind shops that make it a truly unforgettable destination.

What are the Transportation Options to Cherry Grove?
Train to the Ferry: Take the Long Island Rail Road from Penn Station, Grand Central Station, Atlantic Terminal, or Jamaica Station(✈) to Sayville. The train ride usually takes 90 minutes to two hours, and costs around $15-$20, each way. Colonial Transportation runs shuttles from Sayville train station to the Ferry terminal. They charge $6 for a one-way ride for the 5-minute trip, and their vans/buses are big enough to transport your luggage.
Drive to the Ferry: You can drive directly to the Sayville Ferry terminal and park your car in their paid parking lot.
Ferry to Cherry Grove: Sayville Ferry Service runs boats to Cherry Grove. Make sure to look at the schedule in advance. The ferry is $20 each way. The Ferry is the ONLY way to get to Cherry Grove.

Excelsior M.C. does not manage any accommodation bookings and is not responsible for change or cancellation fees. Accommodations are the responsibility of each attendee.
