By participating in the Mr. Fire Island Leather Contest, all contestants acknowledge and agree to the following: I hereby grant Excelsior M.C., its representatives, event partners, and authorized media the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record me during any and all contest-related activities, events, and appearances. I understand that these photographs and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, and publicity purposes in print, digital, and online formats—including but not limited to websites, social media, and press releases—without compensation or further approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and release Excelsior M.C. and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of these recordings. By entering the contest, I confirm that I am over 21 years of age and freely agree to the terms outlined above.
